I struggle with it at night, when I'm home alone. I suffer from anxiety, panic attacks etc and to placate the feeling for loneliness and unsafety at night, I have to keep the tv or a video on, to hear people speaking. But there's nothing more beautiful than sitting outside during the day and listening to the birds chirping, the wind caressing things and faces...

I used to struggle with anxiety and depression. I just prayed for you. I found my healing by immersing myself in God's Word. Reading the Bible daily and believing it. Isaiah 26:3 was one I meditated on, for surely HE WILL keep you in perfect peace when you keep your mind on Him and not the troubling thoughts of this world. I sometimes fall asleep with an audio Bible app or Bible based RUclips video playing, so my mind is soaking in the Word throughout the night. May God keep you in His perfecr peace as you continue to grow in Him! ❤

I would say you can cast out all spirits that are bothering you …For example, first every morning, I would invite Holy Spirit into my house. I’ll tell him that you are so welcome here. Please come and stay and hold me tight in your arms and never let go. And then you can start casting out all the bad spirits the spirit of loneliness ,spirit of fear, anxiety, depression whatever you can name it, you can cast them out with the power of Jesus Christ name, and they will leave you.
This is how I usually say it … I commend my heavenly angels to come down from heaven on earth, and with the power of Jesus Christ I cast out all the demons, the spirit of depression, anxiety, loneliness, poverty whatever you are going through, get them out of your life in Jesus name, and say it out loud that they have no room in you house ,in your mind and in your body and command them to leave and send them back to hell where they belong because they don’t belong in your life in Jesus name 🙏🏻✝️🙏🏻 And ask Lord Jesus to pour out his blessing over your life ,over your family’s life whoever you love and bring so much prosperity , And health and happiness
And say thank you before it’s happening with open arms receive his blessing before even it’s coming ✝️
      Hallelujah
Just to mention, they are two very dangerous spirits that you should always cast them out of your life. One of them is a spirit of Jezebel, the other one spirit of medusa.

I've been told multiple times that i was born in the wrong century. I can see myself living in a time where there is no electricity, ugly electric lines, no ugly gas wells coming up out of the ground, and no modern technology. I love the sounds of nature. I love cooking outside over a campfire, i love simplicity, to be rid of clutter, and I love living in a small cabin on the prairie with my family of 5. Homesteading, farming, tight family unity. Neighbors working together. I love where we are at in life, and call me crazy, but i dream of a life where there is no tv, no internet, no electricity.
People call me crazy, i just laugh at them. I just keep praying for a earth healed of pollution and for man to stop destroying it.

Life can be overwhelming. I remember vividly the forest behind my house as a teenager many, many years ago. We had an underground spring that opened up at one particular spot in the deep woods. I'd sit on a natural bridge and watch, listen, random daydreaming . I'm 47, and im still longing for that stillness, peace I found in those woods.

Realizing the older I get, the more I appreciate and embrace silence. Often, it’s the silence that allows me to be more aware of what is going on around me. I am so grateful and thankful Jesus meets me right where I’m at. In the silence, or in the midst of chaos, He is there. It’s much easier to hear Him in the quiet.
You are right Lea, once you embrace the stillness, you become much more comfortable in it. ❤

I was a missionary in the Pacific Islands years ago; I used to lie for hours in the cool and listen to the waves crashing and the wind in the palm trees at night, and look up at the sky. It’s amazing how many stars there are when you are in a remote place far away from any city lights - so many shooting stars!
Lea, there is a word for the nostalgia one can feel for a time or place you never knew - anemoia - I feel it, too, especially when I see pictures of the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, my ancestral homeland, but sadly I have never been there.. Wishing you a blessed week, dear sister xx

LOVE this video! As a single lady, I live in a country setting, in an apartment complex on the top floor. It is so quiet and peaceful. I fine such peace in stillness. I especially love the mornings when I wake up to birds chirping. But I love the evenings, and nights listening to the natural sounds of nature in the rural country surroundings. I hear everything from crickets, to woodpeckers, to various birds chirping, to the sound of a cool breeze coming in the windows, the sound of leaves swaying on the trees, to the relaxing sounds of listening to rain fall. It's the little things like this...listening to my surroundings...that I find peace and joy in.

What a beautiful way to spend the early morning - on this channel! Looking out my window today, I realized what was missing - a bird feeder and a flowering plant! So, I ordered a two-prong shepherd's hook for both.

But there's such a deep and quiet wonderfulness in the mornings. And the other day I realized that the peacefulness of early morning is not disturbed at all by loud and joyful birdsong! No matter how loud, or energetic it is, the peace or morning is still there. This video made me think of it when you spoke about noise.

We live out in the country here in West Wales and it is so quiet here most of the time. I have come to value that so much I get older. It helped me enormously when I needed to heal after a period of depression some years ago and is now something I actively seek out.

Being a parent in today's world to young children...it is a battle between the world and our children. To just let them be bored, for them to enjoy the silence. Especially if they have friends that don't experience those things often if at all, children can feel as though they're missing out. But I try to talk to our kids about the importance of all this. Being in silence, being okay with boredom, just being present, helping the nervous system....all so beneficial to life in the long term. I 100% agree with you!

Love all your videos and the time you spend meditating and sharing wise virtuous thoughts. On another topic your skin and hair is just beautiful. I recently started making my own non toxic serum, rosehip oil serum and then almond oil with lavender essential oils. I wasnt sure about makeup so I found a bee line that is non toxic. I didnt add vitamen e because Im not sure if it clogged my pores. I had it mixed in another homemade skin care from a teacher that stuff gave me knots from clogging my skin.

There is an art to being still. You must give yourself permission to do so. I tell people to just start with fifteen minutes. Soon, you will crave more. The amazing thing with this is that you will find after being still, you will be twice as productive.

Hi Lea, I'm sure you have addressed this before but I'm wondering where you find such lovely feminine clothes? Of course you look beautiful in everything but I really like your choice in clothing, and I don't see pretty clothes like yours when I'm shopping. Love to you 😊😊

I was very interested in what you had to say about silence. Unfortunately I had a hard time hearing you with the background music. It would have been so much better to just allow nature to be heard in the background. I don't know why you tubers feel the need for so much music. It's everywhere! I find it hard to shop because stores are the same. Blaring music everywhere! I say this in love my Sister. Your music choice is calm but often drowns out your words.
