I still vividly remember my Mom playing this record one night in the 80's, I was just a little kid, wanna say around 6 or 7 and it made me bawl my eyes out. My Mom came back into the room and wrapped me up in her arms and we both sat there just listening along. It's a core memory, the first time a song really made me feel something, but most importantly, it was a moment with my Mom.
+Michael Murray What you wrote was so beautiful, it brought tears to my eyes. There are some songs that just kinda make you well up with tears. This song has more meaning now to me than when it first came out. It's a sure bet I'll be listening to this song more often. I'm part of a high school reunion committee, and this song is on the list to be played! Thank you for your comment! God Bless you!
God created music as something very special… a way of expressing and sharing deep emotion, love, hurt, and tremendous joy. When we go to heaven, we’ll be with Him for all eternity singing praise to Him forever. Music was created by God for just that reason. Just think about that for a few minutes…

Hermosa canción country, grabada en 1980 y ocupó en diciembre de ese año el # 1 en la lista de country y adultos contemporáneos y el puesto 24 en el hot 100 de billboard.
Ronnie Milsap has always given me the vibe of other greats like BJ Thomas and Glen Campbell especially with their sound. The style of music is just very timeless and very easy to listen to. Makes you just want to sway back and forth.

* Hi Glenn! Fantastic upload my friend. Great job with the images, audio & lyrics : ) I've been away for a while and it was nice to come back and find such a beautiful project from you. Always enjoyed this song from Ronnie Milsap, one that I still play at least a few times a year : ) So many great parts in this piece, including the piano sweeps and crashes, the backing vocals, a couple of climatic moments (including the one where he sings "Can You Make These Big Wheels Burn?") ! Appreciate the time & effort you put into these projects, brings a smile & warm memories to my mind (and I'm sure to other followers of yours as well) : ) Have a great day my friend! _ KOO
Somewheremaybe Thanks Glenn, I've returned to see your video again :) Heard the song on my music player and remembered the images you added to your video... gives it a bit more atmosphere & I enjoy seeing these. Thanks for your creations my friend : )

I miss the hotel California line up of eagles band they should still have randy Meissner and Don Felder, why in the hell can't they all just get along.
Ronnie Milsap was asked to play the piano in the Elvis Presley hit song “Kentucky Rain” and he helped make that song beautiful too! A very talented musician!!
Unless you're from Tennessee, specific to the Cumberland Plateau, it's hard to understand the impact of this song..there is literally NOTHING better than good Tennessee people and nothing better than the Smoky Mountains.. it's why Tennessee Vols fans are the most passionate in all of sports
We had a blind piano tuner when I was a kid. I remember he always wanted to say hi to me when he came over to tune our piano. Man it was sad to watch him, but he was a really nice man.
I really hate the way you dont line up the keyframes at the start of the images to zoom in or out at the start of the image. You allow a few seconds as a still image before the zoom. So amateurish .
