Chicken kali mirch Banane ki easy aur Perfect Recipe
ingridents:-. ingridents For 1 kg chicken
Chicken 300gm (1 kg)
Curd 150ml. (400gm)
salt to taste
black pepper crush 2-3 tsp (4tsp)
onion 1no (4no)
kaju 10-12. (20)
green chilli 2-3 (4-5)
ginger 1inch
garlic 8-10. (12-15)
oil 4tbsp (150ml)
butter 10gm. ( 30gm)
Cream 2tsp (4tsp)
elachi Powder 1/4tsp ( 1/2tsp)
sugar 1/4tsp ( 1/2 tsp)
Small elachi 3. ( 5-6)
big Elachi 2. (4 no.)
cloves 3-4
bay leaf 2 (4no)
Chop Coriander Stumps

I don’t know how many times I have made this dish! Every time I make it I fall in love again with the recipe. Kudos to the chef 💯
This is the first RUclips cooking video that i made and i genuinely liked it soo much. It was the perfect taste. I cant describe it, it was that good. Little side note: instead of coriander i added around 1 table spoon of kasoori methi. It took the recipe to another level. Thank you chef ❤
