Occluder material works fine on meshes but I have also images and text in the scene and they are glowing like crazy how can I solve this ?

Not sure I understand. Will probably do another tutorial of light emission soon, since this asset is kinda outdated and doesn't work on VFX. I would suggest using the Bloom effect found in the asset library.
How to make the environment dark?
Post effect could do that
Correction: Doesn't work on VFX outside Lens Studio, but works on meshes.
