I'll give you credit for this one. These are actually legitimate DC-DC boost regulator circuits. Well done!
This whole video is really just the same circuit three times with different component values, though. It would have been much better if you'd just shown how to choose the inductor/capacitor values for the voltage you want instead.
Oh, and it's "heat sink" (with an "S"), not "heat zink"...
