We hope you enjoy the vlog- we know this is a bit of a different one from us! Just a tip if you are planning on doing the crocodile cruise yourself- we learned on the tour that the crocodiles get their energy from sunning themselves on the banks throughout the day. So we would advise booking an afternoon cruise instead of morning, as it would have been even more fun to see some more energetic crocs! Thanks for watching, we'll see you Sunday for another vlog.
Thank you Jack and Megan for showing your experience through this Vlog. I really admire the beauty and atmosphere in Australia in general and in Darwin in particular. I pray for both of you to be in good health and be blessed with more sustenance to continue your activities.
Just stumbled across your channel and absolutely loving every video! Love how down to earth and genuine you guys are, thanks for bringing us all along with you on your travels!
Another awesome vid guys. I've heard Darwin is such a great place. It's on my bucket list!! Didn't matter that you weren't camping much, sometimes you just have to live it up for a few days like you did. Catch you next vid.👍
We are Wyndham Destination privilege members so we do treat ourselves with resort in the available city here and there now and then. Yes, it felt so good to watch a movie sometimes when you're on the road. I watched Doctor Strange 2 in Alice Springs last week. I'll see if my husband is keen for crocs tour 🤣
Cool to see my home town, glad you loved it! We’re a coastal city, so many more epic beaches to see, and the War Museum at East Point is amazing after the Oil Tunnels. I’m sure you’ve already gone though, see you on your next adventure!
Just started watching you guys in the last month. Love the content. So keen to get out there soon and start exploring. I live In Noosa, gotta agree with all you said about it, an epic place.
When we lived in Katherine we would save up for a few months and then splurge in Darwin. Watch a few movies, eat some fast food before hitting up the shops and crashing in a hotel for a few days. Great little place
Damn thats one big Croc!!!! Cant wait for lockdown to be over in Nsw. To get back out in my Forby. But its given me time to do it up for the next adventure 👍🤠
1) Top looking food and drink. 2) You can't out-swim a salt water crocodile. Think a 5.6m croc is slow ? Big fat old croc can't move ? They are like greased lightning.....
Shit guys. If I'd know we have family at Howard Springs & Humpty Doo (even a holiday place at Dundee Beach on the water front that I haven't been to yet) We coulda organised something. Darwin is pretty coooool but!! Absolutely love the markets! Good choice in food
@@itsJackandMegan Yeah, I figured there was a time delay. We've been meaning to get back there ourselves but I must admit after week of the humidity, I'm ready to leave. I should do those tunnels next time, the war museum is certainly worth going to as well. Thanks for another great video (Bring on Sunday Morning 😉)
As someone who has never been to Oz Darwin looks like a nice spot to have on the list. When they were feeding the crocs it looks like it ate the steel hook 🪝. Is that right?

Nice! It’s also great to go into the towns and their night markets! One of the reasons why we love Byron is because of the markets and chilled vibes!

Fun fact: my great grandfather (Stan Kennon) used to own some of those tunnels! Apparently it was a family secret until pretty recently 😅
Very interesting!
Good stuff guys..
Thanks mate 👍😊
So how did the book go Megan? Just binge watching your channel as bucketing down here in Collie. But of a book reader and haven't got this one yet?

My home town Darwin, you should have done the cage of death n swim with a 5.8 metre croc
We did see that maybe next time! But Darwin really was a great place we will be back!

Hey sorry for the late reply.
Hooks are flexible the crocks can't eat them.
