  • I grabbed some goose breasts, thigh meat, and abdominal fat. I'm going to render out the fat along with onions and garlic. Then I'll make a roux to complete our venison sausage gravy. We browned up elk sausage to add into our gravy. We'll render out more fat to fry out goose breasts in. Meaty gravy over the top of fried goose meat. When the boys are out hunting that's how we eat!
