Google has been squeezing out placements for the last couple of years. They're 100% into the pay-to-play model. What bothers me is the Google experts that call around with the implicit backing of Google and claim to be able to help. Have never found them helpful, not in the least!!
Thank you, I get so many of these calls on people wanting me to get a website from them that is SEO upped. I was thinking abt doing. Vid changed my mind ty.
I sell websites services to small business owners, I looked into this how you said majority of folks are looking for these services with a mobile device either smart phone or tablet. Due to our technology being as advanced they tend to use a smart phone. We dont recommend advertisement unless you are a new business with funds to invest. Great info! I recommend you to my customers that are looking to work on their google presence on every call. Appreciate you being 100% transparent. Your content is great! I will use all this info if I ever start my own service business!
Most people who r “seo experts”have no clue what they’re doing. Most of SEO is a marketing person coming to you and saying hey pay me a lot of money… Then your money goes into a black box… And then 6 to 9 months later you look at the results and you may have them and you may not. And then they just come back to you and ask you for even more money.
Great topic! How are you connecting your website to your GBP listing? Embedding the map in the footer? Also, I feel like with the death of traditional SEO, and AI Search, the way to the top is backlinks and CTR manuplication. What's your thoughts on that?
I believe backlinks from credible sources and local sources. Examples - Maybe a link from a roofer that sponsors a local fair and the link is displayed on the Fair's website in the town they do business in. A link from a chamber of commerce in their town provided a link back to their website. A link from a local radio station in that town that they perhaps do advertising with. Stuff like that. As far as CTR manuplication, I think that shit will sooner or later be detected. I wouldn't mess with that. Google will figure it out.
Optimize your GBP, Website, and getting reviews with citations will more than likely put you above 99% of the competition. Correct me if I'm wrong but you may need SEO work if you're in a more competitive area so creating consistent blog content to help power up your top level pages / location pages isn't a bad idea to invest in. Curious what your thoughts are on this.
@@KarterMaki That's okay! I get impatient too. I believe all you need is content with "Buyer intent". Just creating content for the sake of creating content? I think it's a waste of time. For example, for a remodel company, maybe write an article explaining "how long a kitchen remodel will take in (Their town of service)?) That is a search for a person kinda looking into getting a kitchen redone.
Dropping knowledge! One thing to mention, i get calls from out of state numbers and it typically turns out they have moved to DFW, Texas from out of state. I do get the spam calls also. I just wanted to point that out. Thank you the insight! 💪🦁🚚
Israel, you should have 1m followers! No one else is going to give such honest advice. Great content on SEO!
Thanks! I appreciate that! I'm just calling it as I am seeing it!

You are absolutely right about everything mentioned here. But real quickly, 3 ads on this videos??
3 Ads huh? I have no idea how the RUclips ad things work. I didn't know I had control over that!
Bro he’s making money. Chill… he doesn’t control the ads. His page is monetized and they run ads. Let him cook
