On Sunday, Florida beat the Tampa Bay Lightning 3-2 in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Game 2 is Tuesday at 7:30.

Sunday, the Panthers took a 1-0 lead on a goal from Sam Reinhart after Sasha Barkov (2 assists) forced a turnover. With the score tied at 1, Carter Verhaeghe scored 57 seconds into the third on a power play chance. Matthew Tkachuk got an empty net goal; Sergei Bobrovsky made 17 saves.
Game 2 is Tuesday night (FSF, ESPN2) in Sunrise.
