I just did this in the beginning of the month...list of about 1500 was skipped in 2 minutes, got my VA on Mojo and now we have 1 deal under contract and 3 pending. Thanks Gavin for the free 5000 leads you and Joe rock!

Gavin, it looks like the cost is 10 cent per lead because it cost you $4.20 for 42 leads, if it cost 1cent per lead, you would have pay only .42 cent, not $4.20

How do you skip trace LLCs?
I tried to skip trace but the process time has been well past 2 minutes. I'm not sure if it is because I am using basic subscription, or not, but I was wondering if anyone had this issue
How many records? Refresh your screen. It’s normally fast.
Idk what I am doing wrong, but my list won't filter down. ... what I mean is the "quick filter" works, but that's it.... I can't narrow down or filter out anything...
Do you have to delete everything except for the phone numbers from your Excel file when you drag them over to mojo?? Or do you just leave everything as it is from Batch leads
You can select what you need from the spreadsheet when you input into mojo. You need… seller name, address and top 3 phone numbers. Hope that helps

How do you skip trace LLCS?
Did you figure this out? You add the list the same way as individual skips. Just use the LLS name instead of first & last name
