I have more respect and alittle jealous with these Single credit clears. I have been able to make it to Teardrop on Hard mode. I can get to that second to last room to the boss on the HQ level. I still have not beaten the game. Revisited this game after picking it up

what the hell the final boss killed me instantly so that must have been the bad ending how the hell do u get to fight the final boss? i know he says something different when u do fight him do u need certain grades in all levels in order to fight him can someone tell me?
@@JohnCoatesPhotography a couple of days ago i did it and i only got the cakewalk trophy but not the happy ending trophy which is complete the game and receive the good ending so youve got to even defeat herzog without continuing on him aswell?
Hard mode, get S rank in atleast One stage (Will mentiom about having rushed thru saving Time) AND font use a continúe the whole run (I havent applied any of your machines!)
I know this is supposed to be on hard but I don't see the difference. Maybe the bullets fly faster but even that makes it easier. The less time those bastards are hovering in air the less chance I have running into them. Also your enemy count seems far below what mine has been. In the desert area on normal I must have fought 20 of those purple flying alien things that move in a huge circle before I got through the door...
This game is such garbage as a Retro game, the procedural changing of the stages is nothing like most the run and guns of sega. What trash, not to mention enemies spawning right under you all the time
The Game sucks! Amazing in graphics and play, but after a couple of hours you realize you are going nowhere. Type of Game that once you do a bunch of tried you will abandon the game and forget about it. The programmers just don’t understand what makes a game fun and replayed valued.
The difficulty of this game sucks, really. And don't tell me it's old school. I'm 42 years old (I know the old school), and I know what I'm talking about. The creator says that Xeno Crisis is meant to be a difficult but rewarding game... Personally, I think it's as rewarding as hitting myself in the balls with a hammer. This game is too hard. At least for the casual and uncompetitive player who has a life, and arrives tired of working, just wanting to sit down and play an entertaining game, to have a good time. This game needs TOO MUCH dedication, and it's meant for those who have a LOT of time to practice, practice, practice... And it's not a replayable classic, because I'm pretty sure it's one of those games that if you don't play it periodically... eventually, you forget what you've learned. It's not like riding a bike, for sure. I like intuitive and instinctively difficult video games that I can turn to when I feel like playing them. I hate games that are pure repetitive and constant memorization. I'm a retro gamer, and from the Sega Mega Drive catalog in particular, I stick with a lot of classic titles, before this one. Chaos Engine and Skeleton Krew are two examples of top-down shooters, that are much more fun than this indigestible garbage. In the particular case of The Chaos Engine, its creators, The Bitmap Brothers, had a (well-earned) reputation for making games with relentless difficulty. That was old school, yes sir! The Chaos Engine is widely considered to be one of the most difficult titles in the Sega Mega Drive catalogue, when it comes to shooting games. And I dare say that it is one of the most difficult in the catalog, in general. The Chaos Engine is difficult but rewarding... Xeno Crisis is difficult but frustrating... full stop. And no, there's nothing funny about it, unless you're an inveterate masochist. There's nothing old school either... It's just a poorly made game, with good 16-bit graphics. I'd give it a score of 3, just because of the terrible and not-so-pleasant difficulty. I'm sorry, but that's what I think, because the most basic thing about a video game is that it be fun to play, and this Xeno Crisis has failed miserably in that regard. Mi opinión.
well the neo geo version is super fast and even harder.. i do have a playthrough cut of that but cos i had to take a shit in the middle.. for some reason it went outa synch and i just dont have the time to replay games like this... i can upload it.. if u like :D

Is the Segaversion easier then the PC cus this looks like easymode to me.
Genesis can't handle as many sprites on screen, it's probably easier just due to hardware limitations.
