Revolving an IC Integrated Circuit

How to reball an integrated circuit. In today's video we are going to correctly override an IC and we are going to learn several tricks.

To reball, we need an air station, paste tin, a napkin, the metal stencil, and a plastic tool to evenly position the solder paste.
To do the reballing correctly we need to dry the solder paste very well and bring the air nozzle closer gently, applying a temperature of 350ºC and 20% air. When we catch the tricks it will make an easy process that can be done with any air station.
