Not to assume your home paint job wouldn't have been good but definitely a paint job by a professional who has the correct equipment and ventilation would definitely give you the best result..and from what I see...it does look very good....nicely done..this should be sharp looking when completed...

Love the green. I went to the Piaggio Museum in Pontedera, that green looks correct for the early bikes. Is that the original color of your Ape?
