SDMike You’re naive to think COVID and the subsequent lockdowns played no part. For people with depression isolation makes things a lot worse. During the lockdown and subsequent stay at home orders we’ve seen mental health issues and substance abuse (including alcoholism) skyrocket. While this song does have a somewhat dreary tone at times, he repeats the phrase “anything is possibly, yes you matter”. He’s trying to spread encouragement to others going through a rough time - “rainy day weather”, “stain on my sweater”. What might make someone saying these encouraging things feel that life has gotten to a point that it’s no longer worth living? The aforementioned effects of the pandemic.
It’s important during all of this to check on friends and family and reach out to those whom might be struggling.
@@ScopedKilz I mean yeah bro, definitely you're right, but when I said I didn't think so that covid took him down, I was talking about the physical aspects, not the mental ones, I thought the other guy was talking bout corona affecting 6 dogs physically, not mentally.
In case you didn't know, he did fall off a roof. There's no evidence he killed himself. He might have been high and simply fell accidentally. Personally this makes it even more sad realizing that he died accidentally. I really don't think he did it on purpose. By listening to his last songs you can tell he had goals and would have become a huge artist. If he died of drugs, that would have been another thing. But falling off a roof, you really can't say it was intentional.

I struggled with addiction a lot in high school, always feeling like I was letting my mother & father down and disappointing them. Hearing 'Flossing' for the first time made me realize u were one of my favorite artists bc i could relate to these struggles, and was a huge fan throughout high school. 6 music got me through a lot of hard times, when I felt alone and helpless, and my friends too. Still can't believe you're gone. My IG profile picture never changed, so he's still following me on IG 😭😭
