Yeah, he’s had the ability since the battle with unagami when prime empire things were brought into ninjago. This means that the NPCs are also still around.
@@lightpictures428 well he has basic magic power, meaning he can use telekinesis, teleportation, and can perform simple manipulations of reality. Then his special powers (the ones he lost) allow him to convert the living and dead to an undead state, making them his puppet, heal whoever he wants, resurrect the dead and shoot blasts that can instantly kill people. He also has retractable wings allowing him to fly. By the way, he also knows spinjitzu

The white lightsaber hilt comes in a few sets, more recently it came in unagami’s temple and the gamer’s market, so that might help
