Raja was always on the lookout for different ways to make a fast buck. He comes across a millionaire from London who is looking for a lady tutor for his daughter. Raja sees this as a golden opportunity to earn some quick cash and enters the millionaire household as Leelaben Lapsiwala. What pursues is hilarious incidents and funny situations evoking frenzied laughter.

રાજા હંમેશા સહેલાઈથી પૈસા કમાવવાના નવાનવા રસ્તાઓની શોધમાં હોય છે. એક દિવસ તેનો ભેટો લંડનના કરોડપતિ સાથે થાય છે જેને પોતાની દીકરી માટે એક શિક્ષિકાની જરૂર હોય છે. રાજા પૈસા કમાવવાની આ સોનેરી ઝડપી લે છે અને શિક્ષિકા લીલાબેન લાપસીવાળાના વેશમાં કરોડપતિના ઘરમાં પ્રવેશે છે. ત્યાર પછી રચાય છે હાસ્યની હારમાળા.
