Does this case have front fans and can u install top fans?

Top: 2 x 120mm / Front: 2 x 120mm、 2 x 140mm / Rear: 1 x 120mm
*Fans in the front panel can only be mounted behind the front plate.
*The HDD cage must be removed when installing the lower front panel fan.
