Thank you for posting this. I will start my UX200 oil change later today. Just got the OEM filter from Lexus and believe it or not, the OEM filter is cheaper than the after market ones out there. The 0W-16 oil is harder to get since not that many places sell them.
Great video Viktor, really helpful, your channel subscribed. Can I ask a quick question pls? My UX250h was overfilled with oil, for which I used a syringe to suck out the excessive. But I found out there is now much less resistance when inserting dipstick into the tube, can I assume there was something inside or near end of the tube fallen into the oil reservoir ? Shall I worry about it? Thanks
I don’t think it is anything to worry about. The dipstick is probably sliding easier because the o-ring on it and the inside of the dipstick tube is now lubricated with the oil you were extracting.

Is this the same location for the 2.0 liter UX200?
Yes, the locations and procedure is the same. The UX200 takes 4.6 Liters/4.9 Quarts vs UX250h takes 4.3 Liters/4.5 Quarts.
Will the 0W-20 be fine for this Lexus?
@@b3r15ky will most likely be fine, might increase fuel consumption marginally.
@@Viktor_G_Automotive thank you
@@b3r15ky no problem!
Why can’t they put the filter on top … what a mess !
That would’ve been nice!
