I'm finding myself spending way to much time on RUclips as the years have gone by and it's seriously depressing. When I first quit screen time it was life changing, you very quickly realise how much screen time sedates, and programs you into a worse version of yourself. Started working out and doing 70-100 miles a day on my pelotom bike 2 weeks ago , I was at 229.8 when I started and today I weighed in at 219.6! Iv only eaten chicken and white rice for breakfast and dinner (I skip lunch) and anytime I feel like I want to eat I start lifting instead...seeing people like volk go from being heavy to fighting at 145 makes me believe I can go down to 180lbs
obviously i don’t know shmit but he’s working on himself a lot and is more productive then a lot of other ppl, and it’s good that he’s comparing himself to world class athletes in sean omalley and tim welch. so if he keeps comparing himself to them, he’ll be way farther ahead in life and mentally then the average joe
