And for the Domicile, when there were talks of bringing Domicile law in Ladakh, you people were shouting against it and now demanding Domicile. Domicile are only for those outsiders who have been living in Ladakh for the past 15 years and there is no provision to provide 100 % reservation to a State or UT in jobs....
