Hello, I am an Nicaraguan English Teacher and a curriculum designer, and I definitely found this information highly valuable. Specially the part in which the author of the video explained how to apply this pedagogical approach in a real-life context (including our lesson plans of course). The only thing I disagree a little bit is the point highlighted about the blended learning. I would say Blended learning is the general picture of this approach while the flipped classroom is the in-detailed and personalized procedure to be carried out.
I say this because blended learning is understood as the combination of virtual and presential class, but it is not aimed to develop a full-online class (which is another approach called electronic learning). The flipped classroom itself explains in-depth how to make an adequate balance and combination of both online and in-class procedures to achieve higher thinking skills.
I really loved this video with all of the integral steps, examples, and applications that it provided!

Great video! However, I wouldn't call it " pedagogical approach" but " andragogical approach" to instruction

I think that's splitting hairs. Androgogy is a specialised term known only to education specialists and, really, only to those in adult education. Yes, pedagogy linguistically refers to children, but its widespread usage refers to education of people of all ages.
