Now a days log ye interior ko dekhker influence ho jate hain but still its a concrete jungle nothing else...agar 200 yrd ka plot hai to max 100-130 yrd me ghar or baki open area and greenary honi chahiye...we should stick to nature & our culture...ye modernization k naam per logo ko aajkal builder manipulate krte hain or ache khase rate lete hain...🤔

Cabinetry looks cheap here as well, just as it does in most of the houses that I've seen Why can't they have a small area earmarked for washing machine instead of asking consumers to take it to the balcony? Hiding their flaws, builders throwing in a so-called "Theatre" is nothing new but just another शोशागिरी practice. Has anyone thought that leaving a 4-5' of space between the houses is not only aesthetic but also saves several problems ? Do you have a few good aspirational design ideas and videos you can share here? I am in the process of designing a gathering for my first home ever and don't want to end up with a block of walls.

I'm planning my house and plot dimensions are 26×59 north facing. I don't want wall all the sides and if possible I'm leave 1½ feet passage all three sides or atleast back(for utility) and east side for sure and minimum 10×12 for garden in front. I don't like houses where all 3 sides are covered.
