Mullet, my huns favourite ❤
Mullet is the best for me.. it’s meat is soft. Snapper is another favourite but the meat of snapper can be tough. I love snapper fish heads though yummy 😅❤
Love the fish idea and have you tried himalayan salt it kicks butt on table salt
I had the pink Himalayan salt in the pantry. But I still use the salt that I’m use to 😅 But I should change it.

Kia Orana Faye and Tangaroa 🥰 always love watching your videos. Tangaroa is getting to be a expert on his cooking segment he gets the 👍. Faye you cooking your mullet reminds me of my mum she would fry her mullet the same way add onion and tomatoes coconut cream and put the lid on to cook. That was one of her favourite fish I suppose most Aitutakis love that fish she always said it was a oily fish. That’s my favourite foods to eat island food. Take care you too. 🥰🥰❤️💙

Question please does it matter what Coconut cream to use🤷
Answer: Not at all.. however, some coconut cream is runny and Kara is thick so it will be more suitable. But you use whichever coconut cream you like. It will still taste the same ❤❤

Good morning, Elvis has about 4 raw mussels while shelling.. I had to stop him or there would be hardly any mussels to bake in the tray 😂😂
