  • In this video, I will discuss the about our insecurities and concerns about being first generation lawyers. Most of the CLAT aspirants are first generation lawyers, they do not have any background understanding and no one to guide in this field. I will discuss in detail how these kinds of people thrive and prosper in their fields.
    Do watch and share with others if you find it useful.

    I have a question...corporate lawyers make more money or litigation lawyers

  • @eklavyagauba3363
    @eklavyagauba3363 Год назад +4

    Sir one question, the firms you're talking about are just corporate law firms if I'm not wrong... I've heard people say things like corporate lawyers don't really enjoy their work, as they don't get any legal work where they can practice actual laws, their duties are similar to those of a management person. Also the unhealthy work culture... Is all that true sir ?

    Sir, what if we get into the second-tier NLUs like NLU Ranchi should we go there to pursue our studies or consider private institutes as our first option then?

    It’s not a male dominating profession, solely depends on how you work and what abilities one carry. actors are getting paid more compare to actress is just because they got the ability to attract more numbers of audience.

    Is it a good idea to appear for CLAT at 28? I'm already done with postgrads and have been teaching for a while for financial security and couldn't have pursued law when I was younger. I don't think academia is my thing and law has always been my long-lost dream. Any clarity on the matter would be appreciated. Thanks!

    • @Ram-yc2xc
      @Ram-yc2xc Год назад +2

      Yes you can because there is no age limit for clat but as you are a graduate it would be better if your pursued 3 LLB course from DU or Jamia Milia rather than 5 year LLB course which is offered through clat

      @@chetanchawda4318 tell him to develop the habit of reading newspaper from now onwards, very important skill before he appears for clat... it will improve his english, general knowledge and also mold his aptitude making him more aware. There are students who cracked CLAT in just 2-3 months of preparation just because they had accumulated a good knowledge base and built a strong vocabulary from their newspaper and books reading habits .
