    I had this hair done last week and the hairdresser used all 6 and one more pack from her stash, so that's seven packs of hair. Omg! It's so heavy and hot! I can't put it in a bun or a ponytail because it's alot of hair! I love crothet braids, and would get it again but next time less is more. And I will definitely follow your night time routine

    • @lesliefrench189
      @lesliefrench189 5 лет назад

      Were your strands big? I used 4 packs no cutting (some of my strands could have been smaller). 7 is a lot.

    • @foster83ful
      @foster83ful Год назад

      She used way too many hair! Wasn’t necessary because this hair poofs up. I used 3 packs for my full head and even that is full so I can’t imagine 6

    I've watched several videos on this hair because I want it, but an invisible installation is $90 and I felt cause the hair won't last it's not worth it and then I found your video. It's the mousse!! You found a way to make that hair last girl. I'm getting that mousse and the installment. Thanks!

    • @TationnaKionte
      @TationnaKionte  9 лет назад +2

      Thank you so much!! You should definitely try the style! Be ware with the invisible part installation though. This hair is very soft, so knots loosening is kinda easy. Make sure your stylist knots them more than 3 times to secure them.

    I always wash my crotchet hair in conditioner and baking soda before I install it to remove the coating off the hair and the unrealistic shine

    • @turndown4wat83
      @turndown4wat83 6 лет назад +2

      I'm not an expert or anything but I usually leave the shine in because as time passes the shine eventually gets lost and you don't want to loose it when you've only had the hair for like a week .

    would you ever consider using the pre looped hair like this

    • @TationnaKionte
      @TationnaKionte  8 лет назад

      I want to try it, but from what I've seen the pre looped hair is a little too bulky for my edges. I would use it in the back of my hair to speed up the process of doing it, but not in the front.

  • @QuellArion
    @QuellArion 9 лет назад

    Hi😊, can you make a video of how you insert the hair? I've tried looping it three times and pulling it to a knot but they're still loose 😕.

    • @TationnaKionte
      @TationnaKionte  9 лет назад +1

      I will!!! Since this hair is more silky than regular crochet with marley hair, its more likely that the knots will loosen. Try using less hair for the knot, and looping it more than 3 times. I personally loop my hair 6 to 8 times. I hope this help hun!!

      actually yes i do wash it. not with shampoo or product. i dont scrub it either. i do shampoo my roots only though to keep my hair free of dirt once a week. for the crochet braids, i just get in the shower and let the water run down the strands.
