I believe God sent me to you ladies. I have stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. In 2022 I chose my quality of,life and stopped treatments and my life is so full of stress. Losing my only child to my husband last year. Started eating healthier and my husband took his life and off the rails I went. Felt something in my back and lost health insurance. Went to get MRI/CT Scans. Cancers spread to my spine, pelvis and 🦴 lung etc. I’m having a biopsy this Wednesday to see if I’m still HER+ and if so, hormone therapy is what the oncologist will recommend. I’m waking up in fear early every morning so much to do and plan for. Listening to you both has helped me tremendously. God bless ladies and keep up the amazing words, help and kind truthful words. Sincerely, Susan

The idea of getting sick being the reason I finally slow down and change my life has been a secret of mine for the last few years. I'm struggling to find a better way of escaping the rat race and until now I haven't voiced this thought to anyone. Thank you for talking about it and for your inspiring interview and episode. ❤

I was diagnosed with osteosarcoma at the age of 12. I’m now a 17 years old senior in high school, who has been fighting these past 5 years. It started in my femur, then my lungs, to my spine, to my clavicle, and just recently my hips. My parents and I were tired of hearing the same thing over and over again so we’ve decided to change what we could control whiling waiting rather than nothing at all.

    Hi Kris,
I live in South Africa. The sun is always shining here and there is always the risk of developing skin cancer if you have a light skin. I developed a growth on the lower eye lid of my right eye. I do not know if it is cancer or just a benign growth but I went on a high nutrition diet for about two months and the growth have shrunk noticeably.
I would like to share the diet with you.
    The soup
Ingredients: - two handfuls of Chopped broccoli, one chopped onion (purple), two bags of green tea, two pinches of mixed herbs, two sticks of cut celery, Two handfuls of frozen and crushed spinach or kale, half a table spoon of crushed garlic, Three shakes of black pepper, seven shakes of turmeric, two tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), one bag of white onion powder soup for flavour, a hand full of cooked red speckled beans and a handful of cooked mince meat.
Just add all the ingredients in a pot, add boiling water and switch the stove on high till the water boils. Then lower the heat until the water simmer, Let the soup simmer for an hour. The soup is now ready.
I would only drink water in the morning. At 12h00 I would start eating the soup. There will be about two helpings that you can eat in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. I also ate a fruit salad every day in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame.
(Note: Apparently turmeric reduces the effect of some chemotherapy drugs and thus should not be taken during chemotherapy.)
During the rest of the week I would also eat food that contains vitamin D like avocado’s, mushrooms, liver and eggs in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame.
It seems to be working for me, maybe it will also work for you.
I pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ that you will be healed. Amen.
I would also like to share the following seven videos with you about salvation and two videos about evolution:

I have been the CEO of my body ever since my feet got botched 28 years ago. It was then I decided to take control of my health. Five years ago, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia because my Swiss doctors had no clue what was wrong with me. Long story short, ten-months later, I found out what I had. I just needed an antibiotic. I'm going through something else at the moment. I will discover what's going on with my body and my doctors. Thank you for the MRI tip, Maria!
BTW - My former doctor said, "You are too in tune with your body, weird. NOT! It's my body.
