There's so much I want to say about Silk Sonic because I haven't been this excited about a musical act in so long. I tuned into the Grammys specifically for them; for this performance and to see if they picked up a win. They have me feeling like a teenager again!! They are special and I hope they will continue this journey together for a long time to come.

There’s soooo much to love about this performance, agree about who’s on stage and the collective talent. This is major, what we need as it’s been missing and I’m so glad to have it back in such a brilliant form. ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥🐨👏🏼 My husband is a bass player. I get it…and I’m so sorry for your loss. It was a great era, I was young too but this makes me happy, I spent those years of my life dancing, I was so happy an so excited to be out from Friday to Sunday night and what ever I could find through the week. Bruno’s band are considered part of his family they’ve been playing together for so long now and are part of his evolution. Anderson is brilliant and he’s now part of that evolution too. Agree, talent in the extreme these two.

Was looking forward to your reaction to this. Truly sorry for the passing of your husband, as I had know idea. You had mentioned several times that he is a drummer & how you appreciated really good drumming. I pray deepest peace be with you, & sweetest memories grant you help strengthen you in spirit. 🎶🙏🏽. About the band, I believe the trombone player Kameron Whalum (smooth jazz tenor saxophonist Kirk Whaleum’s nephew), is one of the backup singers we we’ve seen in videos & live performances. I don’t believe there were any dancers added.

I'm sorry to hear about your husband. I traveled to VEGAS by myself to see them and it was a wonderful experience. If I were you just plan a weekend of different shows that way you won't feel by yourself. I went to Silk Sonic first night I got in and then next day I went to see CIRQUE Du Solei "ONE" MJ. Then next day met up with a friend that lives there. I stayed at the MGM Grand so much to do just within the hotel and you are right on the strip. You will enjoy yourself and feel very empowered. I happened to check the prices for March and 3/31 had a few tickets for in the $100s and they were not nosebleeds. Hope you change your mind and go.
