I’ve tried to start yoga before many times but never able to get past a few minutes as not able to get into required positions. This experience was totally different, completely inclusive and I know this time I’ll be able to succeed and develop with Zelinda’s utterly helpful guidance and encouragement!

I want to become more flexible, and I am not only a larger person, I am older and have a foot prosthetic. I figure that while I cannot do some of the exercises in your videos-- for instance "flex your toes" is not an option for my left foot-- :P I can do some of them. I also noticed that while I do your exercises, I do not breathe well, (as in being mindful of that) so I feel that this will also be beneficial. Thank you so much.

I think the forward fold was a little easier for me tonight! My hamstrings were super tight on the stretches though. That's what happens when you take some time off for the holiday 😁
I struggled a little bit with the leg stretches since i don't have a second chair, I'll need to try it on the floor next time I do it. Other then THat I really feel it, especially in my neck, tysm for making this video.
I have a question. Are there any stationary bike videos for overweight beginners that you know of? This is exactly what I was looking for. Many " beginner" videos are still for fit people. As an overweight girl I still struggle with those. Anything that is made for people like me, similar to yours?

I'm a bit late to this video, but I was wondering if there's any advice for the forward fold as I'm not sure what to do with my knees! Naturally they lock back and then I lose my balance a bit. Any tips?

I tried but I couldn't follow the breathing.... it was too long between inhale and exhale for me, where I couldn't follow the breathing it kept knocking me off rhythm with the moves.
