    Hi,
Great video and walk through on this . Would like to ask, can you still connect through other peripherals on the back of that box ? I have a Cheetah specdrum unit that connects via the same back slot of specdrum

I like how you think about what you said, and are like. That didn't make sense. Made me chuckle bud. Look forward to getting mine up and running.

You could replace the whole spectrum with the PI. The spectrum would just be the keyboard, haha.

does it function properly with software that applies delays over the base of the raster interrupt? Like the horizon extended to the border in aquaplane for example.

Honestlt, I'm not an expert. I do know that border effects are supported by the ZX-HD, both through games I've played and simple Basic programs that I've tried - however I'm not entirely sure that this is the same as what you're asking for.

Sorry, 2 years late to this! But yes, it does seem to work with border effects, Aquaplane lines up perfectly.

There are some nice 16k games. For example Deathchase, a game that's still fun to play today.

Thanks! Need to track some more games done and Deathchase is now on my radar.

@@TechGuruDirect Cookie from Ultimate Play The Game works on a 16k Spectrum too. Just get an Android app that plays TAP files into your spectrum using the tape leads that came with it, you can play lots of games that way and don't have to buy them.
