Nah, I think Koby will fight Kuzan after SWORD teams up with the Straw Hats to take on the Blackbeards. There's already a bit of a foreshadowing with X Drake allying with Luffy during Wano. And Koby and Luffy fighting together would be the ultimate full circle and would mimic the time Garp and Roger allied to fight a common foe.
