To be honest I think it doesn't matter if a song is ripped off or sounds alike. As long as it's good and producers agree it's fine! I think it's great to have someone want to have something the same, it makes you seem good!

It's because the songs are so easy to produce, I hope you can see that everything is so generic and same...

but in all seriousness they are quite similar, I am sure Borgeous used some elements from Tsunami
They *sound* quite the same, yes, but they're pretty different. The drop of Tsunami takes off and goes to a lower note and the drop of Breathe already ended then. The drop of Tsunami has 4 notes at the start while Breathe has three, but Breathe is faster which makes it sound all the same. After the 3 of 4 start notes Tsunami has 2 notes everytime and replays that and goes lower while Breathe has 1 note and then goes to 3 notes after that it actually will do the same as Tsunami, but faster.
