    It rather tends to be the employees who need help and whose rights are violated rather than the employers. The employers are mostly the stronger side and the law tends to be on their side anyway. And not only the law. But if something were to happen, employers will usually have more resources to hire a lawyer and defend their rights.

    2nd couseling written warning
    3 subject to termination
    On some jobs, this doesn't apply to everyone. Some can just show up when they want to,some dont even have to call, and some get fired after not showing up for 3 days and some don't
    3 or more unexcused absences in any 90-day period🤔
    Welp, Imma mind my business😁
