I'm kinda curious, when Neeko is disguised as a minion does she appear on the enemy mini map? I feel like that would maybe help explain 13:00 since the ward wouldn't reveal her

She does not afaik, it's one of the new neeko roam tricks.

To me understanding she adopts the properties of the thing of the form she takes. So you could take the form of a ward and be invisible when standing still. Or be sidepushing as a minion and would not be seen on the minimap.

People are also usually looking for champ icons on the minimap, so even if a minion is pulling wave aggro it doesnt register
