can someone explain to me why bio goes bloodsong and not the shield or sleigh supp item?

leona is very tanky in general so u dont need to add shield item to that, instead u go bloodsong because if u chain cc basically anybody u can burst them 100-0 pretty quick while being able to tank huge amount of dmg at the same time
