Although that would be epic I think people in general are just bored of Heists or that’s just my opinion 🤷♂️... we need something new in the next dlc maybe like a navy dlc or the police dlc idk

There’s an easier way. Start the scout mission, then pull up your phone and use a Lester quick text for a heist, then go to the airport. When you enter the yellow circle, it will pull up the other heist screen, just back out. Then a cut scene will show the plane taking off and landing and you’ll be at the party. Guards won’t show up on minimap and you can roam freely.
Not sure this works anymore. I tried to do it on the PS4, when I got to the cutscene where you sit-down for the Lester Heist it went to the plane cutscene and put me in an infinite loading screen😒 I'll try it a couple more times to see if there's a timing issue and edit the comment accordingly.

It puts you on the island as if you just travelled there via the icon next to flighy school but since you flew in on a setup mission it spawned you as a ‘smuggler’ and outside of the area and since when you travel there via the icon that’s the only accessible area rockstar got lazy and just made it so that there were no weapons to permitted in that area, but hey i guess we caught them out
30 player free mode with jets and oppressors on the island on ps4 and xbox one would result in an shotty frame rate and experience for the player and it would love up to rockstar expectations so I understand I respect that it isn't in free mode, but it should be on the new version of the game and the pc version in my opinion. The foliage is only a problem for weaker pcs and the old consoles.

They could have done something to let us free roam this, the only reason they don't is because it is actually already in free roam but it is separated somehow..

There should be a mission after the heist where you frame a gang for doing the heist and when you tell el Rubio he gives you full access and a penthouse there
Well you can get to the mansion passed the gate but if you get too close, you'll will be alerted. Just get in a suv/truck drive to the left end of shore climb over the wall. Btw no barbwires at the end. Not fake. During scouting.
i found another glitch to go freemode in the cayo perico if the helicopter and the guard is cought you and your friend at the same time you are in the island and you can explore the island witout guards
It would've been cool if they made the Cayo Perico island available without a submarine or anything. In other words to make it so that you could go to it in free roam like from L.S with a boat, plane, oppressor Mk II, anything that flies or sails across the ocean and just go to the island without any cutscene or crap. For me it was kind of a disappointment that it wasn't like that and that they made it so they restrict you when you first get to the island in lots of ways that make it boring/annoying.
Update is not what we really wanted. I think the builded this island very quick and just added a heist and thats it.. we asked for a new island where we can travel to and freeroam, buy new houses and stuff
i hope rockstar can add this island to the main map, and add features like player can bring their car to the island by plane or by a special ship. it would be cool i think. moreover maybe rockstar can add buyable apartments or luxury villa in the island. i hope rockstar see this
If you park the rape van/ black van that spawns to the left of the compound and drive it to the right side were you can grapple in the Heist then you park the black van next to the grapple location and u launch urself in with the up an atomizer👌🏻

I bet the only reason they don’t allow guns in that specific place is because there are tons of npcs having fun. You all know, gta players + guns + crowds = no russian (mw2) = rockstar getting a huge lawsuit.

What about getting the Combat Shotgun?
It's cooler if you can't use your own vehicles so you truly feel stranded there and have to be resourceful

Learn the layout of the compound, learn the layout of the island, practice speedrun routes from the compound to the various escape points...

Look for the air carrier in the water might or might not spawn but there is cargo bob and lazers
