I grew up with him. His nickname was Sicka, some people think he got called that name because of his ill-tempered behaviour in school but it was from his first name "Siccature"

The only way I see Cure being redeemed this time is if he gets an early release and musically he goes back to Bobo Cure. The roots culture artist, not the ladies artist. People are tired of his behaviour. Jah gave him a second chance, hits, fame, money, success etc and it inflated his ego. Like John C Maxwell said in his book, Talent is never enough. Your character can destroy your talent.

Man looks like Mayweather 😊. Another great video btw. He has a song with Sizzla on the 876 album called “Bad Mind”. Every human being must hear that song. It is one of the greatest Reggae songs ever recorded and the highlight on that album for me.
Love, Honor and Respect to Jah Cure. Honestly, when you are Black life is always unfair and you have to do things to survive. Do you notice that 99% of Black People lives are very similar no matter where in the world they came from. Why is that because it was set up that way. Jah Cure is an amazing and incredible singer and no body can take that away from him. Reggae and Dancehall needs him badly so that the right music can get back on top of the podium where it belongs.

One of my favourite memories of Jamaica is when I use live an area a kid in a place called Mount Salem and sneaking to see Reggae Sound Splash. I might have even cross this man path back then doing the same thing 😂

Yes, it's definitely one of the greatest regular artists, 1 of the greatest voices in Reggae.
Such talents need management. We've seen even bigger stars fail to handle fame through avoidable weaknesses. The fact that cure did not repent of his purported actions and publicly apologized natural justice has a way of hitting back. Buju came out repentant and was very open with his experiences through his personal admissions and lyrics.
