If you already had the controls connected to the console you could turn on the console remotely since I found out if a controller is already connected and your presses the ps button of your controller it turns on the console as long as its plugged in

2 things
1. Looks like the power button circuit board isn’t even connected to the main body anymore. You might be lucky to where you just need to add a new wire to boot it up
2. Next time get a super suit housing for the GoPro. Or something stronger. There is never a guarantee it would survive a drop like that, but you have room to improve your chances
