We enjoy your adventures, thanks so much for also sharing information about your heritage and culture. Our wedding anniversary is May 17th, and being from the US, we had no idea this was your constitution day, my husband was joking and said well at least somebody got their freedom on that day LOL! We spend our summers in near Rapid City South Dakota and there is a replica of a Norwegian Stave church here, We have always found the architecture very amazing! The chapel is is an exact replica of the Borgund stavkirke of Laerdal Norway. Safe travels and many you have many amazing adventures!

hubby and me also go on our bikes on 17 may, every year. This year we stopped at Toftemo in Dovre (Startet in Trondheim). Lots of families, in their best cloths, pancaes ant their own beer, and sunny

Funny, I was eating my Vegemite toast with a cup of tea as I watched this 😂. Product of our upbringing I guess but I couldn’t imagine e my morning without it 😂😂. Enjoyed learning about Norway’s history in this episode, and what a great way to spend the day. Spectacular.

Celebration of your own country should be something big. Sadly currently in the UK it is something certain elements are trying to stifle.
I think exams before Celebration might work better for me! Bur whatever works.

I feel a bit weird about it 😅 why should anyone be proud of something they had nothing to do with? Nobody chooses which country they are born in so being proud of it just seems weird to me.
But so do feel lucky to be Norwegian, especially after seeing how my life could have been if I were born someplace else.
Yeah the russecelebrations are a strange tradition 😅 a lot of people would probably do better on the exams if they were before 😂

Beautifull wether in Norway. I like 18 degrees Celsius. You can sleep very well and through the day you can ride without being soaked from swet.
I hate hot weather. Can not stand it.
Hehe yeah around 20 degrees is comfortable. But usually you can have everything from 10-25 and rain to sunshine and then snow, all in one day 😅
Arhg... Der er stor forskjell på rus feiring i Norge ift student feiring i Danmark. Ser få likheter. I Danmark feirer du etter eksamener er overstått og du er blitt student. Så kjører du rundt til alle så vil i klassen, enten i åpen lastebil eller buss.
Regjeringa skal vist forandre på det nå så eksamen kommer tildligere!
