They told all the DNA strand of 4 chromosome labelled so it's mean they labelled 8 strands of 4 chromosome
So if they follow semi conservative replication it's mean all strands transfer in new chromosome with unlebeled strand means all 8 chromosomes will have labelled DNA
Bcoz they given labelled DNA and ask Labelled Chromosomes
