I absolutely despise subtle cheaters more than full on cheaters. They'll try to gaslight you into thinking that it's perfectly normal to outrun a fully bloodlusted killer in open space with no haste perks.
Play artist my dude, and watch them drop from your birds, only needa predict movement paths or place them diagonally so their path will at some point cut the crow line, esp cheaters are more confident and more likely to fall for such simple stuff and walk right into your birds
@@polarblade1159 why should he be forced to play artist just to have a decent chance at beating LITERAL subtle cheaters??? i think your one of them
@@meme_lover.69 that's not forced, she's just simply very fun and her gameplay is least affected by subtle cheating, at least from my experience. Billy also works very well against them, but as an Artist main I gotta stand with my bird lady- I never cheated, as a casual player who doesn't give a crap about winning and mostly plays killer meme/off meta builds I do not have any motive to
@@polarblade1159 that's great I should completely stop playing killers I enjoy and start maining a killer I'm not fond of because cheating
@@polarblade1159 bro, you are defending literal scum.
the tier three bloodlust lunge on trapper whiffing made me laugh; wasn't even subtle anymore at that point.
I had to wonder if the Dwight was so new, he thought bloodlust was a cheat... The way it syncs with the BL tiers ...
"Are you alright homie? The video game is starting!"
Please, that clueless survivor who can't loop for ass could have been any of us
Should’ve let them go. I feel sorry lol
that's definitely me when on the rare ocassions when the game loads in fast and i alt tabbed or grabbed my drink lol, it has happened to me as killer too (and lost my lethal pursuer 😂😂)
1. I'm so dissapointed in the state of the game regarding cheaters but that is negative so ill say something positive.
2. Hen's you have got to be one of the funniest creators ive ever been lucky enough to discover. None of your funny comments ever feel forced you are such a great entertainer I will forever appreciate what you do.

Shit like this is honestly worse than people who just fly around and activate god mode because at least you know those people are cheating.
And that can be funny sometimes
Right like you know those ppl aren’t sweaty at least, they’re there to directly troll. These types of hackers apparently often just buy these kinds of hacks, so you know some of them are actually trying to win.
Wait a second…how do you know that the cheat devs call it “god mode”? That’s only shared amongst the cheating discord …. 😑
I actually rarely report those type. They are just there to mess around. They don’t hold you hostage also.
@Timothee_Chalamet_CMBYN YDB everyone who plays vidya knows God mode means total cheats or invulnerability.
The hardest part of it is the way it just fucks with your brain. You begin rationalizing what they are running the whole game and when you find out they weren't It's like a reality shift where it all makes sense T.T
To be honest me and my friends just call everybody cheaters cause we are badddd

Subtle Cheaters are why I fell on love with Cenobite. (Loved the old hellraiser moveis to begin with.) Greasy Black Lens always catches them off guard on maps with a lot of LOS break(line of sight) loops. They try to hide it in post game chat but the second they see you have aura they shut up real quick and leave.
What does this mean
@@Timothee_Chalamet_CMBYN Addon make its so u have wall hacks for 6 seconds after cenobite (Pinhead) lands a cursed chain. So basically, you can see their weird movement behind walls so u know they r hacking

@@KalmerVTydybd (You do you, Big Dog)
The worst part is that if you are a baby killer you will most likely not realize, most people don't record their games or just think they got rolled and give up and quit the game, which is slowly killing it. It's crazy for me their anti-cheat is so bad, they can't even detect when somebody is constantly moving like 5-10% faster, which for this game is a lot.
Especially since stopping speed hacks is much easier than wallhacks, it's crazy the game has NO protection at all besides EAC being in it. All it needs to do is validate movement distance with the current speed. The anti-cheat action plan I would take is validating perks, locking any illegal action/handshake that comes from trying to use other perks than the 4 maximum confirmed by the server through kicks/bans/flagging as suspicious and then using server based movement confirmation with rubberbanding on desync (moving too fast compared to the server to be normal) to kill off speedhacks and teleports.
It's not their anti-cheat, they bought 'Easy Anti Cheat' from Epic Games
Fr easy Anti Cheat requires kernel access and still can't do it's job. Feels more like a backdoor we have to install so they can pull some tricks later down the line
I actually feel for BHVR with cheaters, because I would really prefer they didnt go a Riot games route and use a kernel level anti cheat that can brick my pc.
fixing netcode and implement replays would be enough
EAC is a kernel level anti cheat, just not that invasive than Vanguard
@@semplar2007 Yuh that's fair, it just think BHVR chooses the wrong decision most of the time
EAC also sucks in basicaply every game it's implemented in @@not_tobo
It is kernel level though.
In the Wesker game, you can HEAR the Adam changing directions when you change directions. He moves in the opposite direction that you do even behind the walls. Definitely cheating with wall hacks
The Adam probably heard him change directions
@@jadenwilliams615 Wesker's TR music is incredibly loud when he's that close. No way he heard it. You can see his red stain under the wall though if he's close to it. That bug has been around for ages too, light sources go through walls on the floor. That was problematic with the latest lights out mode too, the candle light shone brightly through walls on the floor, making it a bad item to carry for survivors. since the killer could easily track them if they had one.
I wanna point out the fact that the steve in the first game, the one who took the cheated beamer, had ace in the hole, the perk which lets you keep the add-ons of any items you leave with. It was already pretty obvious that they were a swf, but it's just a neat little detail that I feel like not many people are noticing.
i like how alot of DBD-tubers are really chill. "Creepy / Stressful game played by extremely calm person" has been one of my favorite video genres for awhile and DBD is the best example of it, honestly.
There's one thing I do like about cheaters, and that's the fact that 99% of the time they use cheats because they need to compensate for their own lack of skill. The more obvious/powerful the cheats, the more satisfying it is when i actually kill them.
Not that long ago I encountered a pink outfit Meg while I was playing Dredge, and right from the beginning I was (un)lucky enough to find her first. She took off at sprint burst speed, which I expected from a Meg. What I *did not* expect was rhat she mever actually slowed down. Ever. After about five continuous seconds of it, looking like Adrenaline at 5 gens, I immediately knew something was fishy and just hard focused her, figuring that worsr case scenario I was on Dredge and just keep her center map even if they got all 5 gens done.
Unfortunately for me, the other survivors started trying to body block for her (probably thinking I was just tunneling to be toxic) but fortunately for me, I finally ended up catching the Meg when she infinite sprint bursted over to shack (this was on Greenville btw) and despite her overwhelming speed she somehow slipped up enough for me to slap her on the hook a 3rd time. It was my only kill that game, but ot felt so worth it to embarrass a cheater like that so utterly.
Well done
I was going to say, if she’s sporting bursting speed at 150% and not slowing down, how the hell dis you even get her
The infinite sprint burst was also a bug in the past no ?
had a match like that with a Zarina who at one point just teleported to the other side of the map while crawling.
I slugged everyone else so she HAD to do something besides run away at mach 5, and so i eventually got her while she was trying to pick the other people up.
She tried being subtle at first, but i was playing BIlly...
Which means for her to outrun me she had to turn her cheats up all the way.
Seeing a survivor outrun Billy after his rework, even while i was in overdrive, was both the goofiest and stupidest thing I've ever seen in this game.
im just glad i got her. Cuz no amount of cheating can make up for bad teammates. They tried bodyblocking for her at one point, even though she was clearly cheating, so i didnt feel bad at all about slugging them all.
@@Timothee_Chalamet_CMBYN I honestly just spammed the cooldown on my remnant as Dredge whenever I went around a blind spot. Eventually she just got caught running into me probably because of the sheer number of times I was teleporting (I think I was using Ottomarian Writings too)

Got to love the good old confused german HÄÄ?
Hens has THE best mouth sounds.
@FreePigeon it is slang for "what?" or "how?" could be region specific, not sure
@@XD33337 Its not a slang and not region specific, every German knows what 'Hääää?' means. Its an exclamation for pure confusion, or when you didnt understand someone acoustically, just like 'Autsch' (or 'Ouch' in English) is for when you get hurt.
@@Bahzur it is like "huh" in english, like "pardon me, can you explain" it is a slang word.
@FreePigeon No for sure it's ADORABLE
Almost positive there is a hack where you can see killer and survivor loadouts . Ive had randoms in the lobby call out the killer and perk before the match started.
There is, have seen the POV in Yt before though I forgot where
people can insert themselves in streamers lobbies, of course they can see loadouts, I wonder if they can manipulate it after the match tho
So now survivors can have the same benefit as a killer seeing their items? Slap on light born for flashlight etc? Nice. Even playing field
@@Timothee_Chalamet_CMBYN No, not nice, at least lightborn is a waste of a perk slot, as a survivor I think revealing the killers whole loadout fucks them entirely, especially with perks like hex perks and perks like Nowhere to hide because you would know not to do certain things
@@Timothee_Chalamet_CMBYN
Not remotely the same at all. Killer has only info on the items (which is bs, I agree), but with cheats the survivors can have info on:
- which killer they're facing
- what perks they're bringing
- what addons they're bringing
- what offering they're bringing
There was this guy called themarksman13 doing "Escape Streaks" with his friends on Twitch (which included Alby btw) and in the voice chat you could hear someone mention a SM, dodge the lobby, then Alby asking "Are we dodging ?" and them responding with how they didn't want face an SM. Then they queue again and checked which killer it was gonna be (Pinhead) and even the full build, on themarksman13's screen we could even see the Pinhead's power and addons show up (either he doesn't give a f* about showing he has cheats or it was a mistake.)
The amount of information cheaters can easily have access to is ridiculous.
Notice how so many cheaters use Inner Healing. Either they can see every totem on the map to get guaranteed value, or they can just activate it on demand...
Okay so with the Greenville tiles, I actually tried to stand where Adam stood in a chase against a friend who was playing Wesker. It was possible to see through, but actually telling and predicting to the level the Adam did especially how far you were away from the wall, no dice I think.
Slight correction, the feedback popping up about appropriate measures that took place doesnt actually mean anything. Per Mandy in the official forums, that just means your ticket was looked at. The appropriate action is sometimes no action, at all. The feedback popup doesnt confirm that any punishment was dealt - it just confirms your report was looked at.
I asked a Community Manager and they confirmed both the Cheryl and Adam. I could have maybe made that more clear
@@notHens ah gotcha. Good to hear! I just wanted to clarify for viewers that the feedback popup isn't a confirmation of guilt. There is definitely a LOAD of cheaters in DBD, however. I hope they step up their game in anti cheat.
so does that mean the majority of tickets aren’t even looked at? 😭
@@ratboygirlNo, that just means that you wouldn't know.
well that sucks, because thats no longer a confirmation they're doing anything. could very well just be a bot handling all tickets auto-declining everything.
Hens you never cease to put a smile my face, even when you're covering a really frustrating topic. Thank for the "uegghhuuuuuuu?" sound effects as always. i dont know how you do that with your mouth :)
It's funny because there's also a lot of subtle cheaters on killer as well, though i never see people call them out. Plenty of ESP'ers, who bring no aura perks but magically know where people are at all times with like 300 hours and no way of actually knowing other than "game sense". I've had killers come find me out where there's no gens, i have distortion, and they have 0 reason to check where i am but they come straight to me. There's also subtle move speed killers that set their speed to like 117-119% and claim "bloodlust" while constantly using their powers that deny bloodlust lmao.
Mhmmm. All a killer needs is esp and bring legit perks like pain Reno, pop, and know where to kick so they win solely with esp.
@@Timothee_Chalamet_CMBYN whats esp
@@Sprachitekturesp is wallhacks
least for the first part on steam i dont have 300hrs but i played least 300 or so on xbox so hrs on steam =/= hrs played in total(i even had someone comment that in endgame lol
I’m half inclined to agree however the first point of killers magically finding you is cope. When I played consistently back in the day (1k plus hours on Oni and ranked top 500 in world) survivors are incredibly easy to find. You are much louder than you think you are and you breathe loud and both of those give away position. In addition once you have enough game time you get a good grasp of where survivors do and do not spawn. In regards to your second point I am inclined to agree but on a condition. Whilst I was a FAR better killer than survivor I was a consistent rank 1 (even to this day my mmr is too high for me to try to play casually and I’ve played for a total of maybe 3 hours over the past two years) for both and survivor movement can get very janky especially if you play with your camera facing behind you the entire time. This can alter your perceived speed and the speed of the killer in your eyes a lot of the time and lead to a lot of instances where you think they are faster than they actually are. If you truly think you are against an ESP killer to definitely prove it you’d need a friend and both of you would have to agree to essentially stall in the corner together and see how long it takes the killer to find either of you. Not saying I don’t believe you but I’ve been in your shoes and perception is reality
My only problem with subtle cheaters is that they bring me into a lot of trouble because every killer in my area thinks I'm a cheater. It's unfortunate it gives killers more reasons to doubt actually good player every single time they get outplayed
"You can't wash away my brain"
Oh with the right drugs I could my friend
When he said that I was thinking "BHVR about to change how Pyramid Head works so they can wash his knowledge away" xD

Discovered the channel and stream recently and it's been a joy to watch
Thank you!!
I'm so happy that you're getting the love you deserve man.
It brings me joy knowing that people are starting to warm up to your humor and content.
But onto the actual video...the fact your humble enough to just say "Maybe, lets let BHVR decide" is one of the most respectable things.
Your knowledge and experience makes it extremely easy for you to pick up on these things and the way you break it down actually helps people understand what to look for.
Watching videos like this has actually given me the capacity to tell sometimes. I dont report people very often, but when I do it usually comes back and shows action was taken.
This is getting annoying AF.
What I also get alot recently is; Whenever I scroll down on my FYP at TikTok I get livestreams of people cheating in the game, and we can see everything. I even reported it to tiktok and they don't see anything wrong in it.
Another thing that is happening is that I get recommened YT vidoes / Livestreams on my feed of people cheating as well, and once again it doesn't get banned after reports.
Cause heating in a game and streaming it ain’t against their policy. It’s literally a game that has nothing to do with them. Twitch is a gaming platform so they will ban. It’s like if I was playing solitaire or whatever and I was using a cheat mod and I’m on Tik Tok, they don’t care, why would they?
It makes sense for TikTok not to care but yes someone at behavior could definitely look at the streams themselves maybe
TikTok or RUclips won't care, because they're not enforcing video game rules or their ToS.
Twitch would care because it's in their own ToS, and BHVR would care as well since it's their game, so if those content creators show their info a bit and you send it to BHVR they might try to find the account and ban them, but it'd be tough to do.
5:16 when Yoichi gave Steve his flashlight, he also had Ace In The Hole, which lets you keep the addons as well as your item. Absolutely together.
On an off note, as a pyramid head main Im so happy they finally gave him another addon that is not just simply “usable”, but actually good!
lmao we're really moving the boundaries with the word "subtle" here
I actually love the editing in this video, it's hella entertaining to watch!
honestly, this kind of video that revolves around cheaters is better than most, it feels like a lotta the time, people try to use other cheaters as a way to play it up and make it a content video, but this feels much more like an informational one that's makes people aware about how much of a problem this is
It is so easy and common to see cheaters on DBD because the game itself has many cheats built in, auras are literally wallhacks for eg. This makes it very easy for programmers to instead of making the aura reveal when its supposed to, it works all the time revealing constantly without a perk, BH without knowing made it easier for cheat programmers to make cheats, since the game is riddled with in built cheats like Wallhacks and speed hacks.
It's common because they don't use anti-cheat besides slapping EAC into the game from what I can tell. You can't tell me that a game that uses dedicated servers wouldn't be able to tell if players are using more than 4 perks unless they literally just didn't build in a check to see if people are cheating in extra perks. Speedhacks are similarly easy to fix and Wallhacks don't need aura revealing mechanics to be a game mechanic, they only need people knowing how to mod always-visible states into Unreal Engine games either in the files or at runtime.
Yes I've seen lots of them lately, like the hatch spawning right under them kind of subtle.
3:01 should've used a pic of Drake's wiggly worm TBH
Today, I was playing Demo when I came across a Quinten player, who, at first, I thought was just really good at looping, but then I saw them running next to a nea who they just unhooked and he was somehow keeping up with her, keeping in mind nea had haste from borrowed time, so then I knew he was subtly cheating, as when bt ran out he started to pull ahead of her sadly he escaped.
His perks were
Overcome
Well make it
Windows
Resilience
He had a yellow toolbox
So no ways to gain haste besides Overcome.
Every match I’ve had lately, the killer is obviously using wall hacks. I’ve even tested by sitting in random areas, not near any objectives, unhurt, and just sitting there. I watch the killer run directly to me from across the mall and hit me… I’ll even be using the d&d perk that allows me to see them while I’m sitting still. They run directly to me. After match, they are not using any aura revealing perks. Yet they know exactly where I’m at? Obviously cheating
speed hackers are also very common, ''looping tighly'' can't do miracles and is not hard to do as killer to be used as a reliable gaslight. they might have pwyf yet its easy to track how many stacks they might have, some gives 0 fucks and arent running it making it 10x easier to tell lol
U definitely got found by an aura reading perk 😂
@@aecra nah I check their shiz after
This is coming from a killer main, so the more and more you play killer the more you start to remember where most survivors will spawn or at least the general area they're at. You also start to figure out where they'll hide specifically.
Honestly besides the cheaters that are annoying, you’re one of the best pyramid heads I’ve ever seen at this game. You’re very entertaining and you’re very funny.
for anyone wondering at the 23:45 , you cannot look through the wall that well, because Hens' perspective is first person, the survivors is third person, which means their camera is not only further away making it MUCH harder to see through, its also angled at nigh-impossible angles for looking through fences with those tiny gaps
edit: or just talk about it for me Hens, why didnt i wait like 5 seconds xD
I've 100% seen Ayrun play that gap in the wall before.
@@minamihasaki4325
Like Hens says it, you don't have much info from that hole. If the killer is going around, mindgaming, you don't have the info. That gap is only good if you know the killer's on the other side and you wanna see if they might be double backing or committing to you, but then you'd move to a safer check spot, this isn't a safe one and not something you'd rely on normally.
tbf you can't SEE through those gaps but you can see red stain. idk maybe it's just my filters but I can see killer moves because red stain shines through. This doesn't work with killer pov obviously cause survivors don't have red stain
edit: oh nvm hens tested it a minute after
The timing of this vid is hilarious, literally yesterday I was playing against a sadako running bloody fingernails to try and hide how fast she was moving😭
they're literally faster than a killer with / without bloodlust and this is crazy
I was using aura reading perks, on the game.
And i saw this claudette underneath me, so i went to a staircase to get to them...
They walked the other way, i turned the other way- and they did too... I still got em though... I just had to tunnel them out
In after game, i saw they had no aura reading perks, or items with aura reading addons
Just had a thought. Yk how cheaters can also make other people do certain actions and such? As a beginner player myself, if they force a lower hour player to move subtly faster than usual it would be really hard for the beginner player to notice, wouldn’t it? Then that case really sucks for the newer player because they’re set up as guilty in a scenario they were ignorant of and couldn’t avoid. Just a thought I had, because I’d hate to have it happen to me considering how some cheaters genuinely just want to ruin people’s whole experiences.
Bro, that double fake at 16:20 was so clean, oh my lord 😭
Next Hens event: Find the subtle cheater
2 "normal" survivors
1 subtle cheater
1 pro level survivor
Unfortunately finding a subtle cheater to volunteer for that and using cheats for such a video kight be a problem 😂
There is People who Livestream themselves using Cheats.
They would probably volunteer.
The Cybil one must have been extra frustrating since you can't even get a normal chase because of the chase bug. Glad they got the axe.
WOODS

Crazy and sad to see this. Definitely seen some very suspicious survivors in my killer games and noticed some killers running at bloodlust 1/2 speed way before earning that.
I remember a subtle cheater I had from a while ago. Was playing SM and got sent to RPD. There was an Alan Wake who was making it to palettes kind of quick. Quicker than anyone else in the match in fact. Eventually he slipped up and accidently made himself even faster, which led to me face camping in the end game. Survivors tried to save, but NOED helped. Was even nice and brought them to the gate before Alan died
I still think of that. Hate how I have to do double takes on people and juggle if someone is or isn't cheating
Now I'm not tryna defend that Alan, but that might of been a perk or something. From what I've read I think it could've been dramaturgy, blood pact (meaning someone else might've been close enough to trigger it) or that Yoichi boon perk thing or something else.
Alternatively, it could be your perks, power or add-ons giving you haste and you didn't have those active while chasing him which might make you think he was moving faster, when in reality you were moving slower.
But this entire comment could be pointless if that speed boost you saw was like 300% speed or something.
Edit: spelling
@@No0bKing3000 I understand where you're coming from. To add some more context from the match (Which take with a grain of salt I don' remember which perks people were running very well), No screaming so definitely not dramaturgy, I'm pretty sure there weren't any boons, and he wasn't even the obsession
Believe me, the last thing I want to do is accuse someone of cheating when there's so many perks that do weird stuff in this game. I'm pretty confident he was cheating but I dunno. I'm past it. Just thought I'd share since I'm seeing people share their expriences
I do wish there was a replay feature, it would help me see where i mess up and how well different builds work
There are those that know subtle cheaters are everywhere...
And then there are those that still say, "Console icon means they can't be cheating, bro."
That’s not the console icon, that means they are on a different platform than you.
No current cheats for console only PC
that icon means different platform ie epic which makes it way more likely they re cheating lol
@@Timothee_Chalamet_CMBYN Oh. Well, I guess when you always play on PC... lol.
Does Hans play PC, on that note?
The infinite shack vaulting is wild
yeah but that isn't the cheat
you know, bhvr might be able to counter cheaters more by having a different animation for survivors if they have more than base spd. or maybe a client side thing that tells you when a survivor or killer is moving faster than normal (animation, not straight up telling)
they cant because of spaghetti code, they never thought cheaters would become such a problem and therefore have nothing in the games code that could track and detect more than normal speeds, teleports etc. Its hard to now go back and implement these things into the current code without re-doing a lot of work. (EAC is also a horrible anticheat)
that's a nice idea if it could be done. both for clarity when it comes to legit perks, and to spot cheaters (if they were to always be running with the "sprint burst" animation it would be adead tell)
The problem is that speeds can be a little wobbly, especially over small time frames on the client end. The dedicated servers should be perfectly able to counter speedhacking, though. You only need to validate the speed to be within legal margins based on the current gamestate (perks active etc). Even Minecraft servers can do that and that game's programming is notoriously bad.
I've been noticing it happen more with killers lately than I ever have before. Survivors seem to be the majority that people talk about, but there's been a lot of instances over the past few days of seeing killers hit a survivor, them holding W in a straight line and getting caught up with almost immediately
I almost died of laughter in 2:07

amazing video highlighting a large issue in this game! Love the commentary too definitely will sub
Adam was not even trying😭
This video makes me realize that I just lose survivors on chases because i do several loops/double backs without ever catching sight of them and I instinctively know that if i never see them corner checking they arent there. So i just leave, assuming they've left, rather than waste time. Now i realize, on at least a few occasions, they were probably using wallhacks.
15:33 nea teleports to Hens. For just a frame you can see her left in the screen
I have to say nothing gave me greater joy then a German accented Pyramid Head quoting San Andreas so f'n flawlessly. Kudos!
0:05 warowl jumpscare???
I've seen a surprising amount of these people, and it's obvious even when I'm playing survivor when they're my random. Then my friends die and they spectate them, there's so many little cheats you can activate that the killer would never notice. We had one guy that had exhaustion go away while sprinting, increased walking speed with no perks for it, and increased crouch-walk speed with no urban. They're always Epic Games, and it's sort of pathetic to watch them play it off in chat like nothing happened, even when their teammates call them out for it
Why is the subtle cheater narrative only for survivors? I have seen so many killers using wall hacks blatantly. Constantly knowing where you are with no aura reading, even artists shooting crows straight at people in lockers
That's not subtle though. You literally said blatantly.
I think its harder to tell if a Killer is subtly cheating and its also the 4 to 1 player ratio.
Even if it was an even split Surv cheaters would be more noticable
@@notHens fair point
The other thing with the Artist specifically, is that even if a survivor is in a locker, I’m fairly sure you’ll still get killer instinct on said survivor, as if the crow “barely missed” someone. Been a while since I played her but I’m fairly sure that is a thing, so while yes it could be cheats, it could also just be pot luck with a random shot. Like Hens himself said, it’s a lot harder to detect subtle cheats on the killer side.
there's even a guy on yt (forgot his name sorry) who shows how he use various cheats while playing killer
Idk if you figured it out already but Wiretap / Blastmine stay on gens that are regressing thanks to perks, but if kicked by the killer themselves they are always removed completely.
Sincere question: Why is it so hard for BHVR to catch these people? I'm not a dev, but I'd guess that it really isn't that hard to have something in place that checks survivor/killer movement speeds. A system that takes all their perks and actions into account, calculates the speed they should be moving at, then compares it to their actual speed and then insta-bans them if it goes over that limit. Wallhacks are tougher, sure, but even then it can maybe flag suspicious tracing over several games and then send the report to a dev who can analyze the gameplay themselves. I used to play daily and spent a lot of money on the game, but I've plainly stopped because of stuff like this. This is how a good game dies.
If you find the answer let me know
spaghetti code, they never thought cheaters would become such a problem and therefore have nothing in the games code that could track and detect more than normal speeds, teleports etc. Its hard to now go back and implement these things into the current code without re-doing a lot of work. (EAC is also a horrible anticheat)
I believe we have had movement speed bug in the game before
Impossible. Imagine you have that level of anti cheat then the game decides to rubber band you. That will trigger the anti-speed hack. Things like this happened so many years ago in cs 1.6 w/sxe injected
@@juliansfc I'm sure we're at a point where an algorithm can distinguish between rubberbanding and regular speed boosting. They have access to your ping, too. Heck, they send the packet.
Something that's quite frustrating about a lot of these newer maps is that tall loops are see-through (including shack at Garden of Joy!), leading to situations where you wonder whether someone is cheating or just seeing your red stain through all the cracks and glass that some of these loops have.....
Playing Killer in 2024 is the equivalent of being on a suicide watch list.
My favorite part about all the chases is your pathing is usually better too so it’s painfully obvious they have hope at 5 gens.
At 22:15 that was definitely an auto dead hard. If you watch closely, he deadhard's at the exact same frame your m1 animation begins. Definitely an auto dead hard.
that looks like it could be reaction cus they got mindgamed though i do not think that the jake was cheating
Claud around 9 mins absolutely was speeding bro caught up to the survivors and almost overpassed em
i wonder if bhvr will ever actually do anything about this
It's not easy getting rid of subtle cheater
They do, they ban the cheaters within days. But cheaters have a way for new accounts.
Thanks for the exactly 30 min video 😉
hens the report feed back means that they saw the report, whether they saw it and didn't take action on banning or saw it and took action on banning, they don't specify it
is this really true? bhvr is supposed to look through all of the reports right? I rarely ever report unless i have geniune suspicion of a cheater but only one of my reports actually had action taken on it, which i assumed was a ban. I believe the adam was actually banned. I have played on that map and yes it is possible to see the killer through the slits in the fence, even easier to see the red stain. The whole time watching it screamed legit to me.
It's not, you can literally report every single player, every single lobby and you won't have hundreds of reports the next day. Reports are placed on an account ID and if anything happens to said account, the message gets automatically send out to those who reported this ID. That's how every single report feedback in every single game works.
I really hate that the game has come to a state like this and that cheaters can just roam free all they want. But on a positive note this was very entertaining to watch so kudos to you hens! Can’t wait to see more of your content!
Ppl claim that every game and every other person is cheating. If everyone is cheating then no one is cheating 😆
@@Timothee_Chalamet_CMBYNThis reminds me of that one Syndrome quote "If everyone's super, no-one is."
It feels awful to lose against an unwinable game with little to no hooks when you're decent at a killer and do your absolute best. These cheaters are ruining the game for a lot of people.
Don’t forget the cheating killers. Many of those are so subtle you don’t know. The two most known cheaters that stream are both killers showing how to be subtle
Woah your Wesker dashes are so good!
Bhvr will still continue to do the bare minimum.
Whatever gets Jason into the game in the best shape as possible
Watching this video has made me realize I've been going against a lot more cheaters than I thought. I've experienced not being able to gain distance and wondering why, thinking chase activation is bugged, or not really thinking at all because I'm trying to get a down.
The worst thing BHVR has done for DbD was giving away the game for free on Epic Games
You do realize that the cheaters have a “back door” for unlimited accounts right? Nothing to do with epic.
Speak for yourself I've spent 2k hours on dbd because I got it for free on epic games and grinded for all the free survivors and killers
@@Timothee_Chalamet_CMBYN all those accounts exist because the game was free on epic, but sure keep dreaming
I only know this cause a guy I used to play with told me after I found out he was cheating.
You get an Xbox pass, you pay 9.99 a month and they have a list of games you can download to play as long as you subscribe. You can keep creating new dbd accounts that way each time you are banned. And dbd can’t really do much cause they’re in contract with Xbox so either they remove the game altogether or they have no say how the pass works.
Ps5 also has a “unlimited” account thing too. If you have the game downloaded and you have many users with their own profile, dbd is treated like individual accounts on each profile. That’s how it works and that’s how many family members can play one game but each have their own individual account.
@@OutshineUwU you clearly have 0 idea what you’re talking about 🤣
Idk whats more infuriating, the subtle cheaters or hens still not being 100% sure theyre cheating when theyve given EVERY single indicator that they are
“We have blood warden” lets the kate crawl out MATE
Currently making eggs while watching this, and 2 of em had a double yolk. Just thought id point tht out, amazing content tho as always
Thats so lucky
I need more videos like this to help me be able to tell about subtle cheaters.
It's a shame when you end up going against a cheater, but so satisfying when you win despite them cheating. Great job, Hens!!
i played against a cheater last night just like cybil at 28:25 where no matter how close i got to him and even if i hit him i wouldnt enter chase following him.
the adam one is so scary because of how believable it is that he could just be cracked. watching the gameplay footage i could def see someone who had played that map a lot knowing you can see the red light thru the fences. he was holding way too bad spots to be actually looking for the light but still, crazy how he couldve been flagged not a cheater for that
Hey Hens, I've had that tier 3 bloodlust thing happen to me a few times and still couldn't catch those survivors. You're telling me they were most likely cheating that whole time... I feel a lot better for not being able to catch them but horrible for not reporting them
Using hyper focus by itself really isn't suspicious, it's not hard to hit the skill checks, what is very sus is a cybil using anti hem and blight serum, which both consume med kit on use. That and the fact he was obviously speedhacking
What doesn’t help more subtle cheating identifying is the fact that sometimes there’s just bugs or exploitable issues that can complicate things
I remember playing with my bf and we came across a subtle cheater who allowed us to instantly wiggle out of the killers grasp. When it first happened I questioned it because the bar wasn't even full then I mentioned it to my bf. We're both playing console so we assumed that one of the other survivors had to be using cheats. Me and my bf both figured out who was the cheater and kept pointing at the survivors hoping that Slinger could sacrifice them and get rid of the cheater. Eventually it gotten to the point where Slinger had to slug which I don't blame him. After the match I reported the cheater and then like a week or two later they got banned
Ive noticed some killers using subtle speed cheats as well. Its really noticeable when you cant even make a single loop around a pallet from a good position. Also played a huntress that was undetectable the entire game, never had a red stain. Weird times on this game
