Yellow-breasted Chat - a shy singer

This is the first video I've been able to record of a Yellow-breasted Chat singing. They tend to be shy at the local parks and don't like it if I get too close. These birds are migratory, spending winter in Central America.

Yellows Chats are such a bright yellow thanks for sharing. I've rescued them before but not more then 1 or 2 a year. A friend & I rescue songbirds when they migrate thru the city, they hit the glass skyscrapers or fall to the cement, most do not survive. I checked out those videos. It's tough to see so many birds hitting windows, especially in cities. I put UV reflective decals and paint on my home windows a few years ago. A big 'thank you' for helping rescue these birds.
