啱啱開始接觸柔術年紀又係咁上下，暫時選擇咗玩no gi 因為之前做research嘅時候雖然好多人都話年紀比較大玩gi好啲，因為速度會慢返啲，但係都有啲人話對手指負荷比較大，請問你點睇？ 🙏🏻🙏🏻
首先多謝你嘅留言同埋收睇我嘅頻道🙇🏻🙇🏻，但喺我嘅角度，如果啱啱接觸柔術，初期都係建議玩有道袍先，因為有好多嘅基本動作，姿勢，理論都係由有道袍開始。之後慢慢到中期嘅時候再接觸無道袍會比較容易上手同埋能夠更容易理解
