@@masoapathie5655it's the same thing. Ukuvuma ingoma just different name for it. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 So the soccer guys singing in siTswana, Sipedi, isiZulu or seSotho are singing opera?
@@mthunziphakathi4215 It's not. igwijo goes way back. and the approach is not like ukuvuma ingoma. you zulu nsizwas do isicathamiya bese niyadunusa nisine niziphonse phansi. there's a lot of difference. I am Zulu too by the way but I grew up on my mother side, in Eastern Cape. Believe me I can't tell you everything about igwijo but there's a lot of depth to it.There are some gwijo songs that surprise me that they known nation wide. the cadence or chant used because it's not out there, so stop it. IsiXhosa is not that exposed and showing of when it comes to its culture, we try by all means to keep it sacred because it is. not that we're not proud but the pride is in us, we're not showing off. so get it through thick skull you D-H
@@masoapathie5655 But Mthunzi asked you a simple question and you failed to answer it. When Banayana Banyana were singing in Sesotho/SeTwsana before their games were they singing not singing iGwijo? When amaZulu the soccer team sing Zulu songs before a game are they not singing a Gwijo? Don't try to be special by bringing other tribes down, singing is in the DNA of ALL SA tribes, where they call it igwijo, or ukuvuma ingoma finish and klaar.
