Dude, when Michael did the kayaking bit, I seriously bust out laughing every single time. It's amazing.
Watching then triple jump from three meters back was so frustrating lol

To answer Gavin's question 10 years late; no, a canoe is not a kayak. You (generally) kneel on/in a canoe and use a one ended paddle. You sit in a kayak and use a two ended paddle. These are distinct from a dingy in that a dingy uses oars on each side and is rowed with the pilot(s) facing away from the direction of travel, generally with a coxswain facing in the direction of travel to guide the pilot(s).
