After that, they replaced it with new item. But, after another year even after replacement, after using the replaced OnePlus Buds, same issue. Now I am not even getting earplugs battery for 40 mins (without ANC). I strongly recommend not to buy OnePlus buds. Its lifetime is one year only. Service center person confirmed that they won't repair or replace my OnePlus buds.
