Depends on your flow..if you bleed a lot it will start to leak but even in extreme cases I haven't had it stain my dress...for me personally during the first 2 days ill have to change it cause of the leakage but the next 3 days I use it for a the whole day..and it won't leak
If you have heavy flow, then it will leak. But if you are a person with light flow then most probably it won't leak. But still you shouldn't keep it inside you for more than 12 hours. It is advised that we should remove and reinsert it in every 8 to 12 hours.
