I was a little sceptical of how well the vacuum would work🌼 but I love it! It picks up so much pet hair in between regular cleanings, that my floors look great now everyday! I wish it had just a bit more suction power, but first everyday use it's great! I highly recommended this little guy!
Calling anyone interested in purchasing this! (Keep reading) This in my opinion has the best features built into the mapping and seems like a great tool! HOWEVER, AliExpress and possibly other places like ebay are selling editions that are Region limited to "Mainland China". If you aren't in China when you try to register the vac into the app then you CANNOT use any of the features. It will tell you it's meant and only allowed to be used in Mainland China and fail. I thought I was getting a deal but instead a headache that others are having at this time. You can't tell it where to go, or more necessary, where not to . All you can do is press the button on the top to have it go around and sweep like the cheaper models and it will jam up in area's you'd otherwise mark in the app not to go. There used to be a work around using an old beta app, VPN, and GPS spoofing, but that does not work and I've tried it all. Mine has a manufacture date of April '18. Make sure you get the "international version" and check the reviews! You'll see some received the Chinese edition and were able to get it to work at the time. That may not be the case anymore. There must be a new firmware in the machine I have which no longer allows the workaround. Hope I stopped you from having the headache and possibly financial heartache I have now. I'm working with the seller and I've told the manufacturer about the issue and the sellers. Hopefully they'll broadcast the region restrictions wherever they can. I think this will really hurt their brand in America if they don't watch who sells their product. 360 may need to have authorized seller restrictions put in place so they are trained on the conditions of the different regional editions and list them on their website.

Hi there, the 360 S6 has a brush with detachable side tips, so it is really easy to untangle clogged hair. But it relates more to a log human hair, with dogs fur cleaning is even easier. One thing I would not recommend the S6 for is carpets. On low-pile carpets it is okay but would not do the job on medium-pile ones. Other than that, the 360 S6 is a decent device for the price if you have dogs. The dustbin might get filled with fur after every cleaning so keep an eye on it.
As far as I remember, you just place the robot upstairs and it starts building a new map from scratch. To make sure the previous map is saved go to the map list and set it as favorite (tap on a heart). I don't have a second floor to check that out.
The S6 is probably better on carpet but it has a small water tank and gravity-fed mopping system which means you can control water flow output. The Mop P was released later and it has more features. The 360Smart app tho is more stable in my opinion. Tho the Mi Home works fine as well. Probably the Mop P would be a better choice if they cost the same.

If you have purchased one of those china locked robots don't worry, you can still use it. Just set up a chinese VPN and it will work fine

How do I add another floor. It can fit in many floors!

At my place, the price of this model and Mi Robot Vacuum Mop P is same. Considering the same price, which one is recommended ?

It takes approximately 1 min to clean 1 sq. meter (no matter mopping or vacuuming mode selected).
