I know this is years old now but any idea how to get the lower part out if its not unclipped already? Ive unscrewdd the torx and it's still very much connected...thanks!

This video is in Russian, but it’s easy to follow. You have to remove the plastic panel at the back very carefully to access the blinker unit. Hope this helps!
