When any person graduate from associate degree, he can complete his bachelor's degree by studying two years as well, after graduation in a period such as three years after a few work, or should he complete his bachelor's degree immediately after graduation from associate degree?

Great questions! It depends on what you wanna use them for. Honestly, I started my own mobile dental hygiene practice and a bachelors degree wouldn’t have gotten me any further so in my line of work it would’ve been a waste of money and time but it really depends on what you wanna do when you might need that bachelors degree
