It's probably also mostly fat, plus his legs are definitely underdeveloped compared to his hulking upper body, so I'm unsurprised jumping jacks were too much for him.
Eggman is just legitimately relatable in this show ngl gave me more laughs than any other character. Also love how despite being evil he has standards with his work.
